I would like to sell my Sony DCR VX-1000.
It’s the European model (actually DCR VX-1000E), which means it records on PAL system which offers better resolution than NTSC (American and Japanese models) and optional 16:9 mode (native 4:3). I’m offering it as a part of a ready to use kit!

The camera I’m selling is of course used, as Sony stopped making this model a few years ago. Though used it’s still perfectly functional and looks ready for many more years. it’s very robust because unlike the next models Sony produced, it has a magnesium alloy body.
Scratches and faults:
It has minor scratches here and there due to normal usage. Apart from that it misses the AV rubber cover.
It has been refurbished to correct minor problems due to it’s longevity: so now it has new video heads, new connection strap to viewfinder, new connection strap for commands, the tape compartment has been repaired and works perfectly, the mic connections (fixed-mic and exterior line-in) have been repaired an tested fully. Every functionality (video, audio, menus, etc) is working fully!
